Lana is your first interaction with the office and she will put you at ease and welcome you to the practice. She will also very efficiently review payment options with you and handle your insurance provider. No one in the practice is pushy or striving to push the patient towards the most expensive option. I honestly feel that they take the time to listen and understand not only your dental needs, but your financial ability and do their best to work within those parameters. Dr. Harrison is empathetic and has a calming demeanor and took the time to get to know me and to make sure that I fully understood my dental issues, what the various treatment plans were, as well as being respectful and empathetic. I have extreme trauma associated with going to the dentist and I’ve carried that trauma from my childhood to my adult life, and I never would’ve imagined that such an empathetic dental practice existed. The services I had were teeth cleaning, xrays, reviewing for a bridge and extractions. If I could give them 10 gold stars, I would. To say that I highly recommend them would be an understatement, If you are searching for a new dentist or you have delayed getting treatment due to cost or anxiety, I encourage you to reach out to Farragut Modern Dentistry and give them an opportunity to earn your business.
